Really enjoying being back at KB after a 8 month break due to injury. Ebony, Chiara and Jo are great instructors and are always positive and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get fit and build confidence.
Great way for both men and women to get or stay fit in a fun and social enviroment. It can suits a range of fitness levels. The instructors are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful and the classes are easy to follow.

Attended a session today. This is a superb total body workout that you can do either at your own pace or push it to the limit. Did I also mention, “serious fun” too! I’ll be back. The trainers are awesome, friendly and really know their stuff.
The classes are so much fun and suite everyone’s speed! Absolutely love it and enjoy all the trainers there! The best part is there’s so many classes to choose from there’s flexibility so no excuses!!! Thanks everyone a MFKB!
After joining the winter boot camp challenge in May 2018, the vigorous work out combined with strong cardio assisted myself in losing 9.2kgs to date. With ongoing classes have been able to maintain that weight off.
The fantastic, friendly instructors are also able to assist in tailoring certain exercises to my needs which really allowed me to push myself to the limit.
